RETURNS POLICY.

Studio Elke is happy to offer an exchange or credit note for online orders, that are in original condition, with original box and labels attached.

If the item has been worn or damaged we cannot process the item for exchange or credit note.

Customers must contact Studio Elke by email within 14 days from the date of purchase in order to make a return for exchange or credit note.

In order to process your exchange or credit note, simply email shop@studio-elke.com with the following information:

• Original Order Reference Number
• Date of Purchase
• Items to be returned for exchange or credit note
• State the reason for return
• State your preference of exchange or credit note

Returns must be sent via Express Post or Registered Post and directed to:

Studio Elke
1251 Monga Lane Reidsdale NSW 2622, Australia.

Please note, Studio Elke will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of domestic or international purchases (other than faulty items).

Please note, in the event an item goes on sale after your date of purchase, Studio Elke is not responsible for a reimbursement of the difference. This is the case for exchanges in this circumstance also. 

Studio Elke reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.

If an item received is faulty, please contact shop@studio-elke.com. Faulty items must be returned for assessment, and if deemed faulty, the customer will be offered a refund, exchange or credit note.
