Studio Elke was invited to be a Nakano Knife ambassador, by the heritage Japanese, Michelin-approved knife brand. 

First founded in 1918 through a long history of Japanese Katana (sword) making, The Nakano blacksmith brings generations of sword-smith experience into blending and crafting extremely sharp and durable kitchen knives. 

Studio Elke was commissioned to create a sculptural artwork composed purely of cut fruit, to promote their 2021 'Fruit Cutting Challenge' competition.
